Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses and factories located in United States & China, Asia. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. This speeds things up. So don’t be alarmed if you do not receive an item with your first shipment. These items will come in more packages.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. It will usually take 7-30 business days for all orders to arrive. In United States, it generally reaches within 7 to 20 business days depending on the warehouse location. Shipping times also vary from product-to-product; based on dynamic demand and shipping location. More details again at our Shipping & Delivery section.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days. You can track your order here.

Q. Where can I place an order from?

A. You can place an order from any country, we ship Worldwide.

Q. Is shipping FREE here? Why do you charge shipping?

A. Our shipping charge is a low flat $3.95 Worldwide for all items when your cart value is below $50. We have always Free Shipping over $50.

Sometimes we also provide Promotional Free Shipping for all our products. Always take advantage of it. This usually happens when we are running a Sales Campaign or Promotional Campaign.

Many of our competitor’s websites always claim free shipping. They simply do this by increasing the product price. Do you think any logistic or courier service will really ship anything for free from one part of the globe to your doorstep? Contemplate this. They are doing real business and not charity.

We want to remain very transparent with you in all our business aspect. We don’t do any gimmick in our entire business and do not markup product price for free shipping. We charge very nominal or reasonable shipping charges. But when your order value goes above $50 or more, we can ship it apparently free, because we then have the profitability to absorb the shipping cost ourselves.

A. We have an office in the beautiful country India; Supply warehouses in USA and China,Asia; High-Quality vendor contacts in China and USA and Return warehouse, again in USA.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We processes all orders in USD. While the content of the cart may be displayed in several other currencies, you will checkout using USD at the most current exchange rate.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order?

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

Q. Will I (the customer) have to pay customs?

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

Q. What do I do if I receive the wrong item?

A. If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know as soon as possible, but within 14 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.

Q. What do I do if I receive a defective product?

A. We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service  If this happens to you or if there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your item, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.

Q. How can I be featured on your gallery page?

A. Send us pictures of you enjoying your items, or tag us on social media for the chance to be featured in our gallery.

Q. Can I cancel my order?

A. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items for store credit. Find out more about our Return Policy here.
